Sadete Kastrati

Sadete Kastrati is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and finance. Currently serving as Chief of Party for the USAID - Up to Youth Activity at Global Communities since June 2019, Sadete has also held the position of Deputy Chief of Party for the same initiative. Previous roles include Local Grant Scheme Expert and International Grant Scheme Expert at KMOP, Local Expert at Save the Children International, and Deputy Executive Director at the Kosovo Center for Business Support. Additional experience encompasses consultancy and auditing roles, along with recruitment and strategic management positions at various organizations such as Booz Allen Hamilton and RTI International. Sadete Kastrati holds an MBA from the University of South Wales, a Bachelor's degree in Economic Development from the University of Prishtina, and is a Certified Accountant and Auditor.
