Jeffrey Mc Kay

Jeffrey Mc Kay has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2019, they were a Process Manager Backend at Global Communication Semiconductors, Inc., where they developed and maintained processes for obtaining high yields and provided ongoing support and development for automated optical inspection. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Device Engineer at Rayton Solar, where they designed processes and produced exfoliated thin film single crystal silicon solar cells. From 2010 to 2015, they were a Ph.D. Graduate at UCLA, where they developed novel ceramics materials integration for high power lasers and provided chemical mechanical polishing process development of an oxide mask layer. Jeffrey also served as a Teaching Assistant.

Jeffrey Mc Kay earned their B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from UCLA in 2010, followed by their PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from UCLA in 2015.
