Katrin Borgen

Katrin Borgen is an experienced professional in health and medicine policy, currently serving as a Freelance Project Associate at Global Counsel since May 2021, focusing on policy monitoring in Estonia. From February 2019 to August 2024, Katrin held the position of Managing Director at CPDS Europe, where the organization provided specialized training for diplomats and public officials. Previous roles include Administrative Support at eu-LISA and Liaison Officer at the Estonian State Chancellery, where responsibilities involved hosting foreign delegations during the Estonian Presidency of the Council of the EU. Katrin also served as Programme Manager at the Estonian School of Diplomacy from 2008 to 2017 and Project Coordinator at the Estonian Institute of Public Administration in 2002-2003.
