Agathe Cavicchioli

Agathe Cavicchioli is the Director of CHAMP Global Strategy & Engagement at the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy, leading efforts to enhance political support for ambitious climate action at various governance levels. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Director of International Advocacy at C40 Cities, where responsibilities encompassed city diplomacy and advocacy. Agathe's extensive background in climate policy also features roles with the COP26 High-Level Climate Champions Team, ICLEI, Acclimatise, and the United Nations Development Program. Educational credentials include Master's degrees in Climate and Society from Columbia University, Urban Planning and Sustainable Development, and European Affairs, alongside a BA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent.
