Jamie Dickens

Jamie Dickens is currently the Managing Director of Training at Global Crossing Airlines. Prior to this role, Jamie held positions such as Director of Training, Flight Ops/Inflight, and Manager of Inflight Training at the same company. Before joining Global Crossing Airlines, Jamie worked at Carnival Cruise Line as Training Operations, Shipboard/Shoreside and at Spirit Airlines as the Manager of Training, Airports. At Spirit Airlines, Jamie drove the end-to-end process for the Airports Training Team, managed all training related functions, assessed training and organizational development needs, developed and designed training programs, conducted training sessions, and evaluated performance and effectiveness of training programs to support all domestic and international airport stations.
