Tom Pennycook is a seasoned professional in business development and account management with extensive experience in the marketing and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Global CxO Institute since November 2023, Tom plays a crucial role in facilitating connections between executives and suppliers to enhance productivity and growth. Prior to this, Tom worked as an Account Manager at Reach plc from December 2016 to November 2023 and as a Relationship Manager at CDM Media, where notable achievements included engaging with C-level executives from major global brands. Tom began a career in retail at John Lewis, contributing to sales growth as a Selling Partner in various departments. Tom holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports Business Management from the University of Worcester.
