Courtney Roy

Courtney Roy has been working in the field since 2011. Courtney began their career at Dual Trucking, where they served as the HSE Coordinator and Training Director. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining current policy and procedure as they applied to CFRs, new employee orientation, training employees in SafeLand/SafeGulf certifications, and AHA First Aid, CPR, and AED. Courtney was also responsible for commercial driver evaluations, HSE audits, site safety inspections, hazard analysis, and route cause analysis. In 2011, they also began working at Ed Roy, Ltd. Private Investigative Services as the Lead Investigator. In 2014, they became the COO of GLOBAL DATA FUSION Hiring and Screening.

Courtney Roy attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 1995 to 1998, where they studied Criminal Justice. Courtney obtained their EyeDetect Administrator and Proctor certifications from Converus in January 2016 and their FCRA Advanced Certification from NAPBS in September 2015. Additionally, they were awarded a Criminal Research Provider certification from PBSA in December 2019 and is currently pursuing a Root Cause Analysis certification from ARMS Reliability.
