Erika Harford

Erika Harford serves as an Independent Director and a member of the Public Policy and Regulation Committee at the Global Digital Asset & Cryptocurrency Association since 2020. Currently a Strategic Advisor at Anchorage Digital, Erika specializes in digital asset law, regulation, and compliance. Previous roles include Associate General Counsel for a diversified digital asset company, where oversight was provided for trading and brokerage, and General Counsel for Lone Star Capital LLC and related companies, focusing on innovative energy commodities and digital asset trading. Erika's extensive legal experience also includes positions as Deputy General Counsel at INTL FCStone Inc., Assistant Director at the Institute for Justice Clinic on Entrepreneurship, Securities and Derivatives Legal Analyst at Bloomberg LP, and Attorney at Sidley Austin LLP. Erika holds a B.A. in English from Ohio University and a J.D. from Yale Law School.
