Esther Adhiambo Ogol, also known as Essie, is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Program Manager and Shared Services Platform Lead at The Global Development Incubator since January 2023, where engagement focuses on global partnerships and non-profit initiatives. As Co-Founder and CEO of Effy Beauty, Esther contributes to innovative beauty solutions. Previous experience includes roles such as Programme Officer for Global Initiatives at Thomson Reuters Foundation, Senior Research Manager at Kantar Public, and Research Consultant at UNICEF, with a focus on social development and legal initiatives.
