Jessica Harrison Fullerton

Jessica Harrison Fullerton is an experienced leader in strategy and operations with a strong focus on childhood development, child protection, and migration. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Strategy and Build at The Global Development Incubator since June 2022, Jessica leads various start-up initiatives and typically operates in roles such as COO or CEO. Previous experience includes significant positions at the International Rescue Committee from July 2015 to June 2022, where Jessica held roles including Acting VP of Business Operations and Analytics. Additional roles include Associate Director at Evidence Action, Strategy Consultant at The Bridgespan Group, and various positions in strategy consulting at Dalberg Global Development Advisors and Kaiser Associates. Jessica holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and an MBA from Columbia Business School, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Middlebury College.
