James Noone has a diverse and extensive work experience in the intelligence and defense sectors. James currently serves as the Vice President for Intelligence and International Business at Global Dimensions, LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business with capabilities in various countries. James specializes in all-source analysis, CI, HUMINT expertise, and intelligence and Special Operation Force training.

Before their current role, James worked at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in multiple positions. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the Director of the Office for Partner Engagement, overseeing DIA's interactions with foreign partners. James also led the agency's activities related to the 2016 Presidential Transition as the Director of the Presidential Transition Team.
