Lindsey Mandolini

Lindsey Mandolini is a Disability Inclusion & Accessibility Consultant at Leading Inclusive Strategies since February 2024, focusing on developing inclusive design frameworks and delivering DEIB education. As an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver and an International Project Consultant for the Global Down Syndrome Foundation, Lindsey oversees international collaborations with health ministries and advocacy organizations, contributing to impactful initiatives. Lindsey holds executive board leadership as Secretary at THE ARC OF COLORADO, emphasizing access, equity, and inclusion, and participates in the Access, Equity, and Inclusion Committee for The Arc of the United States. Prior roles include Community and Values Fellow at the University of Denver, Research Project Lead at the University of Nairobi, Program Director at Camp Sunshine Michigan, Special Education Teacher/Supervisor at iCademy Global, and Founder of Camp Suubi. Lindsey earned a Master of Arts in International Human Rights and Disability Studies from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education from Hope College.
