Itai Brezis

Itai Brezis is an experienced executive in corporate development and strategy, currently serving as SVP, Head of Corporate Development and Strategy at Global-e since April 2025. Prior to this role, Itai held the position of EVP Corporate Development and Strategy at ActiveFence from December 2021 to April 2025, and VP Strategy at NICE Systems from June 2012 to December 2021. Itai has a strong background in strategy and business development, having worked as Director of Strategy and Business Development at Cellcom and as Assistant to the CEO at 013 Netvision, where responsibilities included leading M&A processes and managing cross-functional projects. Itai started a career at Bain & Co., contributing as a Case Team Leader and Consultant, and also served as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Israel. Academic credentials include an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA/LLB in Law and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
