Plater at Global E&C

Graeme Thomson is an experienced plater currently working at R&M Engineering since March 2024 and at Global E&C since September 2022, where contributions include replacing deck plates and performing rope access tasks on the Claymore platform. Prior experience includes a substantial tenure at Babcock International Group from March 2015 to July 2023, engaging in multiple projects including the Rampion and Beatrice topsides, alongside a nine-week sea trial period. Previous roles at OGN Group, Bi Fab, and Gray Fabrication contributed to a robust skill set in fabrication, welding, and project execution. Graeme completed an HNC and NVQ in Welding/Fabrication at Adam Smith College and has foundational education from Balwearie High School.
