Shana Williams-Gorden

Shana Williams-Gorden is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Parent & Community Involvement Coordinator at Global Educational Excellence since August 2012. In this role, Shana has developed initiatives to enhance partnerships at two campuses, implemented the McKinney Vento program, and actively participated in various leadership committees. Prior to this position, Shana worked as an Enrichment Coordinator at Detroit Edison Public School Academy, where responsibilities included managing community outreach and supporting student attendance initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Chrysler Financial, where Shana managed delinquent accounts and contributed to community service projects. Shana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a major in Public Relations from Wayne State University.
