Joe Schneider serves as the Vice President for the United States and Canada at the Global Electronics Association since April 2025, leading a team that supports the electronics industry through standards, workforce development, and advocacy. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Vice President of Health Solutions at Flex, managing a $2B P&L in the Americas from May 2022 to April 2025. Joe's experience also includes serving as Vice President and General Manager for Abbott's Americas division, where innovation in laboratory diagnostics was prioritized, and as Chief Commercial Officer at Sparton Corporation, where strategic growth and M&A integration were key focuses. Earlier experience at Siemens Healthcare as Vice President and General Manager for North America further strengthened Joe's leadership in the healthcare sector. Joe holds an MBA in Operation Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a BSIE in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
