Melanie Filion

Melanie Filion is an experienced professional in the operational integration and case management fields. Currently serving as an Operational Integration Specialist at Global Excel Management Inc. since September 2019, Melanie previously held the role of Manager of Case Management at Penfield Care from February 2019 to August 2019. Prior to that, Melanie worked in Claims Management at Global Excel Management Inc. for over 17 years, from April 2000 to January 2018. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bishop's University, obtained between 1997 and 2000, and a DEC in Business Administration and Management from Champlain Regional College - Lennoxville, completed in 1997.
