Liliana Quintero has extensive experience in accounts receivable management, currently holding the position of Accounts Receivable Manager at both GFG Management, LLC and FAT Brands, Inc. since September 2009, overseeing financial operations for multiple franchise brands, including retail and quick-service restaurants. Prior to these roles, Liliana served as an Assistant Credit Manager at TenCate from May 2007 to September 2010, further developing skills in credit and financial management.
