Sandra Fathi has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the public relations and marketing industry. Sandra is currently the Chief Growth Officer at Global Gateway Advisors since 2024. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of Grey Matter Advisory in 2023. Sandra also held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Gregory FCA from 2021 to 2022, where they successfully managed the integration of two teams and supported the company's growth. Sandra also founded and led Affect, a boutique agency offering marketing and public relations services, from 2002 to 2021. Before that, they held positions at Radvision, Edelman Public Relations, Nokia, and the Israeli Defense Forces.

Sandra has also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
