Shinsuke Nakao has extensive experience in software engineering and technical support, currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at Global Graphics Software since January 2016, assisting Japanese customers with SDK product issues and analyzing bugs. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at Citrix, where bug fixes were executed, and as Chief Engineer at AXISSOFT Corporation, designing applications for MS Office using VB Automation in C++. Earlier positions involved debugging large-scale mail servers at Openwave Systems Inc., refining utilities at Fujitsu and Epson, and developing medical research software at Kissei Comtec Co., Ltd. Shinsuke Nakao holds a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Contract Law and Family Law from Shinshu University.
