Bridgett Hurley

Bridgett joined an early Global Growth Company in 1998. Her first job was writing publications that helped health care organizations understand and comply with regulations. She launched and cultivated some of Global Growth’s early product lines and businesses.

Since those early years, she has been involved in more than 30 mergers and acquisitions and has served as everything from interim editorial director to interim CEO.

Currently, Bridgett runs Global Growth’s innovative leadership development program. While our portfolios are completely independent, our leaders and their teams have the option to participate as they grow their businesses.

Bridgett is a strategic and intuitive facilitator who thrives on challenges. She’s most motivated when she’s helping business leaders in 17 countries to grow their businesses.

Bridgett holds a JD and an MA.
