Chuck Costanza is an experienced executive in the fields of risk management and strategic consulting, currently serving as EVP Client Engagement at Global Guardian since October 2022, where responsibilities include helping corporate clients navigate risks in their business operations. Previously, Chuck served as a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of State from October 2018 to September 2022, providing strategic assessments related to climate impact on national security. From 2000 to 2018, Chuck held the position of Managing Director at GHG Strategy, focusing on global business development and strategic planning. Earlier in the career, Chuck worked as a Senior Project Manager at ICF International and as a Project Manager at the World Bank Group. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of the Holy Cross.
