Spencer Livingston

Spencer Livingston is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and investment relations. Since April 2016, Spencer has served as Chief Operating Officer at Global Guardian, also holding roles such as Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO and President of Air Ambulance, a division acquired by Global Guardian in 2017 that provides a global medical evacuation membership program. Prior to this, Spencer held the position of Vice President at Basin Holdings, contributing to a global holding company focused on energy and industrial sectors. Early career experiences include roles as an Associate at Pine Brook Road Partners and as an Analyst at The Blackstone Group, both within the private equity sector. Spencer graduated with a B.A. in History from Harvard University in 2010.
