Jake Palley

Associate Director, Advocacy at Global Health Advocacy Incubator

Jacob Palley is an experienced professional in public policy and global health with a strong focus on advocacy and program management. Currently serving as Associate Director at Global Health Advocacy Incubator since March 2020, Jacob works on initiatives aimed at improving road safety in Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico. Previously, Jacob held roles at the American Cancer Society as Program Manager and Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids as Program Officer, focusing on technical assistance and coordination in Latin America and the Caribbean. Early career experiences include serving as a Rural Health and Sanitation Trainer with the Peace Corps and contributing to environmental projects as an Environmental Education Volunteer, as well as reducing global mercury emissions while contracted through XL Associates. Jacob holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with Environmental Studies from Bucknell University.
