Colin Huckins

Colin Huckins is an experienced senior program manager currently serving in the Department of Defense for the Combined Federal Campaign at Global Impact since June 2023. Prior roles include Director of Manpower, Personnel, and Services for 9 AF (AFCENT) and Operations Officer at AFCENT/A1. Colin's extensive background within the U.S. Air Force features leadership positions such as Executive Officer to the AF/A1, Branch Chief for various personnel and promotions policies, and Commander of multiple Force Support Squadrons, where responsibilities encompassed managing substantial personnel and operating budgets. Colin's experience also includes serving as Deputy Commander for NATO Training Mission-Afghanistan and leading the Air Force's largest Military Personnel Flight. Academically, Colin holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and an MBA in Management and Human Resources, alongside a Master of Arts in Military Operational Art and Science.
