Gabriela Egan

Gabriela Egan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the technology field. Gabriela began their career as a Computer Programmer/Analyst at ACS Desktop Solutions Inc. in 1998, where they developed, tested, and maintained application programs. Gabriela then transitioned to the role of Senior Software Analyst, providing technical support and troubleshooting for over 3000 users. In 2003, Gabriela joined Global Impact as a Software Developer/Analyst/DBA, managing databases and supporting web systems. Gabriela also served as a SharePoint Administrator/Developer and quality assurance lead during their time there. Gabriela later worked as a SharePoint Developer Consultant at Lessard Design inc, where they developed and tested SharePoint workflows. Gabriela then returned to Global Impact as a Contractor Software Engineer, performing fixes and enhancements to company-developed software and providing application support services. Since then, they have held various roles, including Senior Manager and Director of Technology Solutions, responsible for overseeing technology projects and operations.
