Anca Rusu is also an Advisory Board Member at Moss Lake Partners LP. Previous experience includes significant roles at Shell, including Special Advisor and Vice President of Safety & Environment Excellence, where Anca Rusu spearheaded a global change program for incident investigations and safety culture. Additionally, as Vice President of Projects for Shell Chemical Appalachia, Anca Rusu led a major US$15B capital project in Pittsburgh. Anca Rusu's extensive experience spans project management and engineering roles in various multinational companies, including Worley and Stone & Webster, with a strong educational foundation comprising an MBA from York University and a BSc in Chemical and Mechanical Engineering from Politechnica University in Romania.
