Anca Rusu

Anca Rusu currently serves as the Director on the Board of Directors and Chair of the HSSE Committee at Standard Lithium, and is a National Board Member of the Project Management Association of Canada. Anca Rusu is also an Advisory Board Member at Moss Lake Partners LP. Previous experience includes significant roles at Shell, including Special Advisor and Vice President of Safety & Environment Excellence, where Anca Rusu spearheaded a global change program for incident investigations and safety culture. Additionally, as Vice President of Projects for Shell Chemical Appalachia, Anca Rusu led a major US$15B capital project in Pittsburgh. Anca Rusu's extensive experience spans project management and engineering roles in various multinational companies, including Worley and Stone & Webster, with a strong educational foundation comprising an MBA from York University and a BSc in Chemical and Mechanical Engineering from Politechnica University in Romania.
