Karen McDougall

Karen McDougall has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Karen started their career at Global LT in 1996 as an ESL Instructor and Language Training Recruiter/Coordinator. Karen then served as a Human Resources Coordinator from 1997 to 1998. Later, they joined Global LT, Inc. in 2002 as a Language Department Recruiter and eventually became the Recruitment Manager in 2012. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Talent Success Manager before being promoted to Director of Experiences. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Experiences and Culture at Global LT, Inc.
