Ellie Baker has been working in the professional field since 2013. Ellie started their career at Santander Consumer Finance UK as an Assistant Compliance Officer, where they worked until 2015. In 2018, they joined Competent Adviser Ltd as an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator. Since 2019, they have been working at Global {M} as an Operations Manager and Project Coordinator & Operations Executive. At Global {M}, they are responsible for managing the end-to-end tech hiring process and providing support on diversity and inclusion, Leadership roles, social sourcing, events, and recruitment branding. Additionally, at Santander Consumer Finance, they worked as a Root Cause Analyst, identifying key business risks and driving root cause analysis activity.
