Showmona Juggernath

Showmona Juggernath is a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Celonis since April 2024, focused on GTM recruiting for a leading SaaS decacorn in process mining and execution management. Concurrently, since January 2022, Showmona serves as an IT Tech Talent Partner for Global {M}, supporting global clients such as Mixmax and Wargaming in building software engineering teams. Previous experience includes roles as an IT Tech Recruitment Consultant at e-Merge IT Recruitment, a Generalist Senior Recruitment Consultant at Human Touch HR Consulting, and a Finance Specialist Recruitment Consultant at ADvTECH Group. Showmona began a career in behavioral therapy as a Senior Behavioural ABA Therapist at Breakthrough Interventions SA, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder. Showmona holds a BCom Honours Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
