Vincent V. Grondelle

Vincent Simon van Grondelle is a versatile professional with extensive experience in non-profit and consulting sectors. As the Founder and Coordinator of Iguality since August 2022, Vincent leads a team to provide free mental health services to marginalized communities. Through VSG Consulting, established in 2009, Vincent offers consultancy on digital transformation and business optimization. Currently serving as Operations and Account Manager at Global M, Vincent manages company operations and client accounts while overseeing specific projects. Previously, Vincent played pivotal roles at Open Cultural Center and MigraCode Barcelona, focusing on tech education for refugees and managing multidisciplinary teams. Vincent has also contributed to Webhelp Spain in data analysis and support roles and holds multiple degrees from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, including a Master's in Communication Science and Political Philosophy.
