Eileen Janice Avilés Encarnación, MBA MAcc, has a varied work experience. Starting in 2022, they have been an Accounting Clerk at Global Mattress. Prior to that they were a Tax Accountant at E.Avilés Accounting & Tax Services since 2021 and a Banking Associate at Oriental since 2021. Eileen Janice also worked as a Contadora at Claro Puerto Rico since 2021. Her longest tenure was with Walmart, where they were a Financial Services and Money Center Cashier from 2011 to 2021.

Eileen Janice obtained a Grado Asociado in Accounting from Instituto Tecnológico de Puerto Rico - Recinto de Ponce between 2008 and 2010. Eileen Janice then obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Universidad del Turabo between 2012 and 2015. Eileen Janice went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Strategic Management & Leadership from Universidad del Turabo between 2016 and 2019. Eileen Janice then obtained a Master's degree in Accounting from Universidad del Turabo in 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Education - EdD in Curriculum, Teaching and Learning Environments from Ana G. Méndez University System USA. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Comunicación intercultural, Cómo trabajar con clientes enfadados, Excel para principiantes: Tablas dinámicas, and Jeff Weiner y la gestión con compasión, all obtained in August 2020.
