Jorge de los Santos has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jorge started their career at Columbia University as the Director of Business Development and Strategic Planning from 2001 to 2003. Following this, they worked as the Senior Adviser to the President at Arizona State University from 2004 to 2009.
