Jamie Barber

Jamie Barber is currently the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Global Medical REIT. Jamie has an extensive background in law, having worked as an associate at both Hunton & Williams LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Jamie also spent time as a Senior Associate at FBR. In addition to their work in the private sector, Jamie also spent time working for the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Jamie began their career in 1999 as an Associate Accountant at KPMG LLP.

Jamie Barber graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a BS in Accounting and Finance. Jamie then attended Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where they earned their JD.

Jamie Barber reports to Jeffrey Busch, Chairman, President & CEO. They work with Alfonzo Leon - Chief Investment Officer, Allen Webb - Senior Vice President, Sec Reporting And Technical Accounting, and Robert J. Kiernan - Chief Financial Officer.
