Celia Ruiz has extensive experience in administrative and managerial roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President and Office Manager at Global Medical Staffing since January 2011, where responsibilities include managing team assistants and providing divisional support both domestically and internationally. Prior to this, Celia held the position of Privileging Team Lead at Staff Care from May 2006 to July 2009, assisting physicians and surgeons in obtaining hospital privileges. Previous roles include Court Service Admin at the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside, and Workflow Coordinator/Command Center Administrator at Citi, where tasks involved database management and operational oversight. Celia completed general studies at Chaffey High School and Valley View High School.
