Prior to this role, Adam held the position of Asset Management Director at Clearbell Capital LLP from January 2016 to September 2023, overseeing the operation and performance of a UK-wide cross-sector property investment fund portfolio. Adam's career also includes experience as an Associate Director MRICS at BNP Paribas Real Estate, where the focus was on property and asset management for central London offices catering to international investment and sovereign wealth funds, and as a Senior Surveyor MRICS at Workman LLP, specializing in retail and leisure property management in London and the South East. Adam obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and completed A-Levels in Geography, History, and Design & Technology at The Skinners' School.
