Lauren Ellenburg

SVP of Operations, Strategy & Informatics at Global Nephrology Solutions

Lauren Ellenburg is the director of informatics and population health at Global Nephrology Solutions. Prior to this, she served as both regional area manager and director of informatics at Southwest Kidney Institute (SKI) where she was instrumental in streamlining operations and successfully overseeing SKI’s clinical EHR transition and meaningful use implementation. Her expertise in informatics and analytics led to an active role in creating a robust data analytics system through RCO Analytics, which today hosts one of the largest CKD databases in the country.She partners with physicians and practices alike to translate data into tangible operational protocols and procedures driving value-based care and bringing service excellence to patients. After spending nearly a decade in healthcare, Lauren understands the evolving landscape and the need for cost-effective population health initiatives.Lauren has led several initiatives that positively affect the care of the high-risk, vulnerable CKD population, including ED diversion programs, transitional care clinics, and chronic care coordination platforms. Her success derives from a sound understanding of the complexities of the evolving healthcare system and the constant need to lead change in the private practice environment.Lauren currently oversees the analytics team and has been charged with launching our national chronic care coordination platform.Lauren earned her MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University in May 2018 and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University.
