Mishi Choudhary

Mishi Choudhary is currently a Civil Society Board Member at Global Network Initiative. Mishi has previously worked as the Legal Director at Software Freedom Law Centre, India (SFLC.in) from January 2010 to December 2017, where they were responsible for civil and criminal court litigation in Delhi High Court and Trial Courts. Mishi also worked as a Partner at Moglen & Associates from July 2013 to September 2022. Prior to that, they were a lawyer in private practice from November 2005 to December 2006, where they handled civil and criminal court litigation in Delhi High Court and Trial Courts. Mishi also worked as a Legal Associate at Lawyer's Knit & Co. from January 2007 to August 2007, where they handled Supreme Court litigation.

Mishi Choudhary's educational career includes a Program for Leadership Development from Harvard Business School, an LLM from Columbia Law School, an LLB from Delhi University, and a B.A. from Hindu College, University of Delhi. Mishi also has certification from Pomp's Crypto Academy in Learn Bitcoin and crypto, Harvard Business School in Competing in the Age of AI, IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in The Certified Information Privacy Professional -Eu, and Harvard Business School Executive Education in Digital Strategy and PLD.
