Heather Paquette

Heather Paquette is a seasoned tax professional with over 15 years of experience in the petroleum industry. Currently serving as a Tax Manager in Tax Technology at Global Partners LP since July 2018, Heather manages motor fuel tax compliance and oversees tax and accounting systems. Prior roles include Transfer Pricing at Boston Scientific, where Heather prepared pricing models and ensured compliance for over 60 entities, and Senior Tax Accountant at Gulf Oil, focusing on motor fuel and sales tax returns across more than 30 states. Earlier experience includes tax accounting and accounts payable positions at Pappas Properties LLC and GL&V USA. Heather holds an MBA in Finance from Clarkson University and a BS in Economics and Spanish from Union College.
