Matthew Campbell

Matthew Campbell has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Matthew started their career in 2000 as a Customer Service Representative at Manulife Financial. In 2005, they joined John Hancock Financial Services where they held various roles in learning and development, including Learning & Development Specialist and Learning & Development Senior Specialist. From 2007 to 2019, Matthew served as a Learning & Development Consultant and later as a Senior Training & Development Consultant, focusing on retirement plan services. In 2019, they joined Global Partners LP, first as a Talent Development Consultant and currently holds the position of Director of Learning and Development.

Matthew Campbell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Gordon College, which they attended from 1994 to 1999. Later, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Organizational Learning and Development from Suffolk University between 2006 and 2010.
