William Grondin

William Grondin, a Certified Development Design and Construction Professional (CDP), currently serves as the Real Estate Development Manager at Global Partners LP, a position held since October 2007. In this role, William is responsible for planning and executing various development, acquisition, and management activities. Previously, from August 2002 to October 2007, William worked as a Senior Real Estate Officer for Trust & Estates at Bank of America, where management of a portfolio of real estate assets held in fiduciary accounts was a key responsibility. William holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Connecticut, earned between 1977 and 1981. With a versatile background in real estate management, William excels in collaborating across multidisciplinary professions to successfully develop, design, construct, and closeout projects involving ground-up initiatives, capital reinvestment, and acquisitions.
