Ana Tobar is a seasoned finance and operations analyst currently with the Global Partnership for Education since January 2020. Previously, Ana served as a special project analyst for DeKalb County Government and as a graduate assistant at Georgia State University's Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, where management of student organizations and event programming were key responsibilities. Ana's experience includes consulting for the Inter-American Development Bank, where logistics for a regional gender policy event were organized, and interning with Childspring International, focusing on partnerships and budget analysis in Latin America. Early career roles encompassed administrative assistance, research, and support in health and community outreach initiatives within various organizations. Ana holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Relations from Benedict College. Additionally, training in political science and democratic leadership was obtained from Instituto de Altos Estudios Europeos.
