Federico Scoppa

Federico Scoppa is an experienced freelance photojournalist and photographer, currently working with AFP, where responsibilities include covering news and features in the Democratic Republic of Congo since January 2015. Additionally, Federico contributes as a freelance photographer for the Global Partnership for Education and manages Scoppa Photo, a freelance photography venture established in January 2005. Prior to these roles, Federico co-founded CAPTA Images and served as a staff photographer for Living Tuscany Magazine. Educational background includes studies at Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and Università di Pisa from 1998 to 2002.
