Varun Rao

Varun Rao has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Varun is currently the Vice President of India Business at Global PayEX. Previously, they worked as the Lead for Insights and Strategy at Khatabook. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of SportsUno Pvt. Ltd., where they gained expertise in multiple domains and acquired skills in HR, finance, legal, compliance, business development, client relations, and marketing. Varun also served as an APL - Researcher Consumer Insights at Grail Insights, where they conducted primary research studies using quantitative and qualitative methodologies. In addition, they restructured the knowledge management system of the company. Before Grail Insights, they worked at Nielsen as a Research Executive and Research Analyst in Consumer Insights, specializing in qualitative research and working with clients in the automotive, FMCG, and consumer durables sectors.

Varun Rao attended Delhi Public School Noida from 1995 to 2006, where they studied commerce. Varun then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Delhi University from 2006 to 2009. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Varun completed their MBA in Marketing-Finance at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
