Dr.andrise Bass

Dr. Andrise Bass, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public policy, international development, and mentoring. Currently serving as the Director of Public Policy at the Institute of Public Policy and Diplomacy Research since March 2023 and as an Ambassador for Global Peace Chain since October 2021, Dr. Bass also holds the position of International Business Development Executive at the Institute For Strategic Research and Public International Development. A founder and chairman of the Humanitarian Focus Foundation, Dr. Bass is dedicated to empowering children globally through social change initiatives. With a background that includes roles such as President/CEO at PRIS Consulting and extensive mentorship experience with various organizations, Dr. Bass's educational credentials include a PhD in Public Policy and an EdD in Public Administration, among other degrees.
