Overview:

We are seeking a driven International Accounting Specialist to join our growing Ho Chi Minh accounting and finance team. In this role, you will handle international books, manage invoicing for software and managed services related to eCommerce, and audit accounts from cloud service providers and email providers. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on global operations while staying close to home. Your Responsibilities:

• Actively post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded.
• Take full ownership of accounts receivable, including hands-on management of invoicing for software and eCommerce managed services.
• Conduct thorough audits of accounts from cloud service providers and email providers.
• Develop and implement streamlined, practical billing models to improve invoicing efficiency.
• Engage directly with clients to handle all invoicing-related communication, ensuring clear and prompt billing.
• Personally issue timely, detailed invoices, and follow up with clients to address any billing questions or clarify service descriptions.
• Oversee accounts payable, ensuring reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements, adhering to legal and company standards.
• Maintain financial data accuracy in databases, ensuring information is up to date and readily accessible.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports.
• Roll up your sleeves to support hands-on accounting projects for both international entities.

Your Skills:

• Proven experience as an accountant.

• Experience preparing invoices.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong proficiency with numbers and an analytical mindset.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.

• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).

• Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks.
