Philip Blythe is the founder and CEO of Crossborder PMI Advisors, established in October 2018 to provide strategic advice to Japanese enterprises investing globally and foreign companies entering Japan. With over twenty-five years of extensive cross-border experience, Philip Blythe specializes in navigating challenges in cross-border M&A and bridging cultural gaps to foster business growth. Additionally, Philip Blythe serves as an Associate Partner at Global PMI Partners. Before these roles, Philip Blythe was a Partner at PwC for nearly three decades, where notable achievements included founding the Japan Transaction Service Practice and leading the Post Merger Integration group. Philip Blythe holds a Master of Arts in Materials Science from Jesus College, Cambridge.
