Yves Baumgartner

Yves Baumgartner is a seasoned executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles in the energy, technology, and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Associate Partner at Global PMI Partners since March 2023, Yves specializes in merger acquisition preparation and post-merger integration. Prior to this, Yves held positions including CEO and COO at Fikus CTFS, where advisory services for industrial groups and private equity firms were provided, and Group COO at SPHEREA, a leader in test and measurement services. Yves's previous experience also includes significant roles such as CEO of Canberra Industries, Vice President at AREVA T&D overseeing a business unit with substantial revenue growth, and a Vice President position at ABB. Yves's career started with a role as Senior Program Manager at Orange Communications SA, complemented by an engineering education from Ecole d'Ingénieurs de Genève.
