Josephine Ardelia, CLMP™, has a diverse professional background with experience in customer experience management, marketing, creative direction, event management, and graphic design.

Their most recent role was as the Head of Customer Experience Management at Global Poin Indonesia (GetPlus) since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Marketing at Otten Coffee from May 2021 to July 2022 and at Wahyoo from August 2020 to May 2021.

Josephine also served as the Creative Director at Bibit.id from May 2019 to July 2020 and as the Marketing Creative Director at OKHOME from August 2018 to May 2019.

Josephine Ardelia, CLMP™, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication Design from Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. Josephine attended the university from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the certification of Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP) from The Loyalty Academy in May 2023.
