Jacob Hoffman

Jacob Hoffman, DPT currently serves as the Manager of the Medical Device Team at Global Regulatory Writing & Consulting, Inc. Jacob is responsible for authoring and managing the completion of various regulatory documents such as Clinical Evaluation Reports, Post-Market Clinical Follow-Up Plans and Reports, and Periodic Safety Update Reports. Jacob conducts literature searches, performs risk/benefit analyses, and collaborates with various teams and global clients. Prior to this role, Jacob worked as a Physical Therapist at Outpatient Physical Therapy. Jacob holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Puget Sound and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economics from Pacific Lutheran University.
